Senior Project Manager – Remote (Full/Part‑time)

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager at MustardSeed PMO you will lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex, regulated projects for clients in life sciences, aerospace, technology and financial services. The role is fully remote and can be taken on full‑time or part‑time, offering flexibility while maintaining responsibility for schedule, budget and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project delivery through initiation, planning, execution and closing phases, ensuring outputs meet approved requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress and manage changes to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate effective communication across organizations and keep stakeholders informed of status and risks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and steer them toward common goals.
• Apply project‑management best practices to maintain stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a project manager handling complex, regulated projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with flexible hours.
• Experience delivering projects in sectors such as life sciences, aerospace, technology or financial services.
