Senior Project Manager, PMO

About the role

LOTTE BIOLOGICS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead its Site PMO. The role drives cross‑functional, client‑facing initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while embedding best‑in‑class project management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic client‑facing projects from initiation through closeout, managing scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Align site PMO objectives with global governance standards and reporting expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans, define critical path activities, and secure cross‑functional resources.
• Facilitate all project meetings, including client kick‑offs, technical transfers and vendor coordination.
• Produce and present project dashboards, metrics and performance reports to senior leadership.
• Act as primary liaison for client communication, change orders and performance reporting.
• Partner with Manufacturing Operations, Development, Quality, Supply Chain and Business Development to support technical transfers and business growth.
• Collaborate on financial tracking, invoicing and identification of new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects in a manufacturing or biotech environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and clients.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of anticipating interdependencies and guiding teams toward solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain governance tools such as metrics, dashboards and performance reports.
