Senior Project Manager – New Product Development

About the role

Enovis is seeking a highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead new product development initiatives in a fast‑paced medical device environment. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure projects stay on schedule, and drive successful commercialization of innovative orthopedic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead NPD projects from initiation through commercialization, aligning with PMI methodologies.
• Partner with Product Development, Operations, Marketing, Quality, and Commercial teams to define business cases, objectives, and statements of work.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, budgets, communication, and risk mitigation.
• Organize and facilitate project team meetings, status updates, and cross‑functional reviews.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to communicate progress, risks, and milestones.
• Monitor execution, proactively identify issues, dependencies, and risks, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑department projects in a medical device or related high‑tech environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, matrixed setting.

Required skills

• Familiarity with PMI project management methodologies.
• Experience with business analysis, project planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
