Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager at BarkleyOKRP will be the engine that drives project delivery across multiple brands and agencies. You will act as the central hub, coordinating resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to ensure seamless execution of business‑critical initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and drive deliverables across several concurrent projects and brands.
• Collaborate with the Resource Planning team to allocate staff and freelance talent.
• Own, maintain and report on project plans, status updates, and hot‑lists using the agency‑approved tool.
• Schedule and lead weekly internal and client‑facing status meetings.
• Track decisions that affect budgets, scope, cadence, and timelines.
• Contribute to fiscal responsibility through scope creation, amendments, financial reporting and estimations.
• Provide transparency to internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risk.
• Document, approve and deliver all project objectives and deliverables.
• Support teams in defining and measuring project success with metrics and tools.
• Assist with training and onboarding new Brand Operations partners.
• Guide adoption of new or existing processes and standards agency‑wide.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project‑management experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Proven ability to assemble and manage schedules with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
• Passion for improving processes and standardizing workflows.
• Professional presentation skills and strong personal presence.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented, “whatever it takes” attitude.
• Cross‑media experience is preferred.
