About the role

BlackCloak is a fast‑growing startup dedicated to protecting executives and high‑profile individuals from digital threats. As a Senior Project Manager you will own the planning and execution of high‑priority initiatives, ensuring multiple workstreams move forward with clarity and momentum.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage detailed project plans for several simultaneous initiatives, defining milestones, owners, and dependencies.
• Drive day‑to‑day execution across cross‑functional teams, keeping workstreams on track and stakeholders aligned.
• Facilitate project kick‑offs, status meetings, and retrospectives, translating decisions into concrete actions.
• Identify, assess, and escalate risks, blockers, and scope changes with proposed mitigation paths.
• Maintain a real‑time view of project health and communicate updates consistently to leadership.
• Partner with team leads to resource projects appropriately and flag capacity constraints early.
• Create and maintain repeatable processes, templates, and systems for scalable project execution.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of project‑management experience delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing detail or momentum.
• Self‑starter comfortable wearing many hats, embracing change, and influencing without direct authority.
• Experience building project infrastructure from scratch rather than inheriting existing processes.

Required skills

• Strong command of project‑management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or pragmatic mixes).
• Proficiency with project‑management tools and frameworks.
