Senior Project Manager

About the role

Town Hall, a fast‑growing agency that serves nonprofit and higher‑education clients, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end creative production. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will own the full project lifecycle, manage freelance talent, and ensure campaigns, video, and web projects move smoothly from brief to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client‑facing lead for large‑scale production projects, providing transparent communication and strategic updates.
• Manage active production pipelines in Asana, troubleshooting issues in real time and aligning deliverables with overall campaign strategy.
• Design and maintain project frameworks, templates, and SOPs to improve agency efficiency.
• Scope budgets, map production schedules, and assign creative resources, including freelancers.
• Drive bi‑weekly revenue pacing and collaborate with account teams on client‑facing budgets.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering paid‑media creative and managing freelance talent.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to track revenue, expenses, and project budgets.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment (four days onsite in midtown Manhattan).
