Senior Project Manager

About the role

ClassWallet, a fast‑growing financial‑technology company, is looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑layered initiatives from discovery through launch. The role works closely with the Client Success team to ensure seamless implementations and long‑term value for public‑sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, assessing client needs, designing comprehensive plans, and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Partner with Client Success Managers, involving them in regular client calls and positioning them as primary relationship owners.
• Align project execution with client ROI goals, transitioning implementations into sustained value.
• Manage “projects within projects,” coordinating interdependent workstreams and handling multi‑layered dependencies.
• Maintain stakeholder communication, reporting progress, risks, and issues to both internal teams and clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex projects in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively across functions, especially with client‑facing teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
