Senior Project Manager – Construction

About the role

Path Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in the Orlando, FL area. You will oversee multi‑family residential, retail, and other commercial builds, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams throughout all phases of construction.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility, controlling costs and forecasting budgets.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Handle contract administration, procurement, estimating, pay requests, change orders, and RFIs.
• Develop and monitor schedules using Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• Track submittals, ensure safety compliance, and uphold quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in multi‑family residential, retail, or other commercial construction.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with full P&L accountability.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (1‑3 days per month).

Required skills

• Primavera scheduling.
• Microsoft Project scheduling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
