Senior Project Manager – Concrete Construction

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead concrete construction projects from planning through close‑out, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable delivery for commercial and residential clients throughout Central Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Track progress against quality, schedule and cost targets, identifying and resolving issues.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Promote and enforce safety standards on all job sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering‑related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of project management experience with a commercial concrete construction contractor.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
