Senior Program Validation Engineer

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a Senior Program Validation Engineer to act as the technical bridge between customers, TPMs, and internal validation teams. In this high‑visibility position you will define the validation roadmap, own system‑level release readiness, and make critical go/no‑go decisions for product releases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own an end‑to‑end validation strategy that translates customer requirements into cross‑domain validation plans covering embedded, UX/HMI, and OTA.
• Define validation scope, milestones, infrastructure needs, and test‑coverage goals in partnership with customers, TPMs, and engineering leads.
• Lead system‑level Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT), including planning, execution, entry/exit criteria, and release readiness assessments.
• Consolidate validation results, risk assessments, bug status, and release notes to drive final release sign‑off.
• Coordinate cross‑functional alignment on validation priorities, communicate status to engineering leadership and customers, and escalate blockers as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software or systems validation experience across multiple domains (embedded, UI/UX, cloud/OTA).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record owning end‑to‑end release readiness and formal acceptance processes such as Customer Acceptance Testing.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex requirements into actionable validation plans.
