Senior Program Manager – Service Quality

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the Service Quality program within the GTM Enablement team. This hybrid role, based in Omaha, NE or San Francisco, CA, will own strategy, execution, and cross‑functional alignment to drive measurable outcomes across the global support ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive program and project plans, identify dependencies, and allocate resources.
• Proactively assess risks, create mitigation strategies, and keep programs on schedule.
• Define program charters with clear success metrics and ensure delivery of all project deliverables.
• Facilitate decision‑making, align stakeholders, and escalate critical issues to senior leadership.
• Build strategic relationships, translate insights into actionable formats, and present status updates to executive audiences.
• Own process‑excellence initiatives, gathering data and recommending structural changes that impact multiple teams.

Required profile

• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution at scale.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable solutions that improve enablement effectiveness.
• Strong partnership skills with senior leaders such as VPs, Directors, and global support teams.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
