Senior Program Manager (RAM Program)

About the role

CACI is hiring a Senior Program Manager for its RAM program, based in Aurora. The role has direct customer interaction and leads the execution of program goals, with accountability for managing costs and revenue to meet budget targets. It is a fast-paced position supporting a high-impact mission, with up to 10% travel within continental USA and a minimum TS/SCI clearance required.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution and collaborate with the RAM leadership team to deliver objectives.
• Lead a large team of professionals developing customers' mission-critical systems.
• Take part in roadmap discussions and bring industry experience to solutions and proposed improvements.
• Lead program status meetings covering finance, staffing, invoicing and other program objectives.
• Partner with a Business Development Lead to identify opportunities and mitigate risk.
• Work with the Agile team, the Chief Engineer, Chief Architect and Release Engineer to improve team processes and ensure cohesive planning and delivery.

Required profile

• University degree (BA/BS) with 10+ years of related work experience.
• US citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance.
• History of increasing roles and responsibilities, showing leadership and technical acumen.
• Desired: PMP certification and experience managing subcontractors and/or vendors.

Required skills

• Project management expertise for large-scale projects across multiple teams.
• Agile software development experience, including scrums, program increment planning and backlog refinement.
• Financial management skills and understanding of business drivers and revenue generators.
• Strong verbal and written communication with executives.
