Senior Program Manager of Data & Partnerships

About the role

The Senior Program Manager of Data & Partnerships will support the Community‑Engaged Teaching and Research (CETR) team in delivering service‑learning and community‑engaged research initiatives across Northeastern University.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with 100+ community organizations, coordinating communications through multiple channels.
• Plan and execute semester, annual, and bi‑annual events that align campus and community goals.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, track faculty and partnership engagement, and oversee administrative aspects of special projects.
• Lead evaluation, assessment, and data‑analysis activities, collaborating with university analytics teams and maintaining internal databases (Airtable, Excel, Salesforce).
• Oversee external communications, represent CETR at campus events, and contribute to internal storytelling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 1‑5 years of community‑engagement experience in higher education or a related field.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative data methods, including thematic coding, survey design, and statistical analysis.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
