Senior Production Print Specialist

About the role

The Senior Production Print Specialist will lead the implementation of Konica Minolta’s national production print program within an assigned branch. This role combines sales expertise with technical knowledge to drive revenue, retain customers, and expand the production print portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Transfer knowledge to local sales teams and management, identifying vertical market opportunities and target accounts.
• Drive and support telemarketing strategies, ensuring a focused production print approach for key and prospective accounts.
• Prospect new customers, develop relationships, and conduct needs analyses to design and demonstrate tailored print solutions.
• Prepare proposals, price quotations, negotiate contracts, and maintain the production print customer base through regular reviews.
• Assist the sales team in creating account plans and provide accurate, timely forecasts.
• Achieve profitable production print sales, service revenue, customer retention, and net‑new customer growth.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of sales experience in the production print industry.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong knowledge of competitive equipment, applications, and solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, time‑management, and organizational skills.
• College degree (four‑year) preferred or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC hardware and standard office software.
