Senior Product Marketing Manager – Rotating Machines

About the role

Bosch Automotive Aftermarket is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go‑to‑market strategy for its Rotating Machines portfolio. The role is hybrid (40% remote, 60% onsite) and offers the chance to work with cutting‑edge automotive technology while shaping the future of mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute go‑to‑market strategies to meet growth targets and profitability objectives.
• Analyse channels, customers and competitors to build value propositions and business cases.
• Model P&L scenarios for new product launches, existing business growth and pricing strategies.
• Align with cross‑functional stakeholders (Sales, Controlling, Demand Planning, Communications, Category Management) and secure consensus.
• Present analysis and recommendations to senior management for decision making.
• Lead product and customer launch projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Develop and maintain channel pricing strategies, including tiered price positioning (good/better/best).
• Support trade‑marketing initiatives, promotions and sales‑growth campaigns.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in automotive or industrial sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to model financial scenarios and assess market opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional teams and launching new products.
