Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Replit is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to accelerate growth of Replit Agent, a core component of its mission to enable anyone to build software without coding experience. The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and go‑to‑market, translating new features into compelling narratives for builders of all sizes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product marketing for launches, creating repeatable frameworks that keep launches fast, clear, and coordinated.
• Shape messaging and positioning with technically fluent, developer‑first narratives tailored to different segments and channels.
• Create sales and growth enablement materials such as decks, demos, battlecards, and FAQs.
• Stay ahead of AI coding assistant trends, identifying threats and whitespace opportunities.
• Co‑market with partner ecosystem, crafting “Better Together” narratives and driving joint marketing initiatives.
• Define metrics, gather insights, and feed learnings back to product and marketing strategy.

Required profile

• 8+ years of work experience, including 6+ years in product marketing, preferably in the app development space.
• Founder mindset: identify gaps, move quickly, and build frameworks, processes, and strategy from scratch.
• Proven ability to partner directly with engineers and product managers to translate technical concepts into simple stories.
• Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple launches under pressure.
• Collaborative, low‑ego approach with willingness to dig into details.
