Senior Product Manager

About the role

The Senior Product Manager will own the product life‑cycle for Interventional Urology solutions, driving global strategic planning and tactical execution of marketing activities for the North America market. The role partners with cross‑functional teams and key opinion leaders to maximize the impact of marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketing and business aspects of defined products, including forecasting, budgeting, sales training, product improvements and promotional campaigns.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on disease conditions, therapy, market dynamics and product lines.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, launch support and collateral creation.
• Deliver technical presentations to sales forces, surgeons and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct market analysis, translate clinical and economic data into commercial insights, and support surgeon workshops and training events.

Required profile

• BA/BS in business or marketing (MBA preferred) with 7+ years of relevant medical‑device experience.
• Strong marketing background; sales experience in urology or single‑use devices is a plus.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
