Senior Product Manager

About the role

Chefman is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for assigned product categories of small kitchen appliances. The role bridges product management and marketing, using consumer research, market analysis and retail insights to drive products from concept through launch and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop category strategy and product roadmaps.
• Conduct market, competitive and consumer research to maintain a current view of the category landscape.
• Translate insights into clear product opportunities and actionable strategies.
• Partner with product development, marketing, design, culinary, sales and other cross‑functional teams to align priorities and execute launches.
• Create detailed product briefs that guide product, creative and marketing direction.
• Track category and product KPIs, monitor performance and recommend improvements.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for the product category, keeping stakeholders informed on priorities, risks and next steps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; business, marketing, technology or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of product management experience in consumer electronics, durable goods, small appliances or CPG.
• Proven track record managing physical consumer products through the full lifecycle.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, capable of handling multiple products simultaneously.
• Customer‑centric mindset with design‑thinking focus on product quality and user experience.
• Data‑driven approach, comfortable working with KPIs and performance trends.
