Group Product Manager

About the role

Chefman, a leading North American brand of small kitchen appliances, is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead its Product Management function across multiple product categories. This senior leader will shape portfolio strategy, mentor a team of Product Managers, and ensure consistent product management practices throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Product Management function and define strategy for several product categories.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Create and maintain clear, research‑driven roadmaps aligned with company priorities.
• Standardize product management processes, including research methodology, briefs, decision‑making, KPI tracking, and cross‑functional communication.
• Act as escalation point for cross‑functional or cross‑category roadblocks.
• Oversee market research, competitive analysis, retail evaluations, and consumer insights.
• Partner with product development, marketing, creative, culinary, sales, and leadership to drive products from concept to launch and beyond.
• Present portfolio roadmaps, performance data, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Track KPIs to measure success, guide improvements, and inform portfolio decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, technology or related field preferred).
• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer electronics, durable goods, small appliances, or CPG.
• Proven ability to lead and develop product teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
