Senior Product Manager – IVF Equipment

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking a Senior Global Product Manager for IVF Equipment. You will be accountable for the performance of existing products and the development of new offerings within the IVF Equipment portfolio, driving both short‑term profitability and long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead category strategy, portfolio roadmap, and lifecycle planning for assigned IVF Equipment categories.
• Define user needs, product requirements, value propositions and build business cases for new innovations and lifecycle projects.
• Partner with R&D, PMO, Regulatory, Quality, Service, Pricing, Finance, Business Development and commercial teams to ensure timely and aligned product management input.
• Lead Voice‑of‑Customer activities, translate market insight into product requirements, and support global launch execution.
• Provide competitive intelligence, pricing strategy, and commercial readiness inputs to maximize portfolio performance.

• Experience managing product portfolios in a global, multi‑disciplinary environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and influence decision‑making.
