Senior Product Designer

About the role

Range is building an AI‑powered wealth management platform and needs a senior product designer to own the product experience end‑to‑end, from problem definition to shipping high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product experience end‑to‑end, shaping ambiguous problems, prototyping rapidly with AI tools, and shipping solutions in production.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to influence product direction and clarify ambiguous spaces.
• Use Lovable and Claude to prototype, test, and iterate on flows and interfaces.
• Translate validated concepts into Figma for full‑state coverage, component definition, and production readiness.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system with structured, reusable components.
• Design for the 80/20 principle, delivering simple, delightful experiences while handling complexity behind the scenes.

Required profile

• A builder who moves quickly from problem to prototype to production.
• High visual taste with a strong eye for pixel‑level craft (typography, color, spacing, motion).
• Systems thinker who can zoom between ecosystem‑level design and detailed interactions.
• AI‑native, using AI daily as core infrastructure to amplify design output.
• High judgement and persuasive communication skills to influence decisions.

Required skills

• 5+ years of product design experience delivering end‑to‑end work on web and mobile.
• Deep proficiency in Figma (component architecture, auto‑layout, design tokens, prototyping).
• Experience with AI prototyping tools such as Lovable or Claude.
• Experience building and evolving design systems.
