Senior Partnership Specialist – Remote

About the role

This remote contract position supports Financial Advisors by delivering education and guidance on partnership opportunities with the firm. You will conduct one‑on‑one Zoom sessions, explain eligibility, model business plans, and advise on compensation, healthcare, tax, and retirement benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and lead 1:1 Zoom calls with Financial Advisors.
• Review eligibility requirements and business plan scenarios.
• Provide guidance on compensation structures, healthcare options, state and federal tax considerations, and retirement benefits.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal and compensation information.
• Deliver professional, customized service that meets each advisor’s needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or related field (certifications may substitute).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex financial situations.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and professional communication.
• Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Zoom for virtual meetings.
