Senior Paralegal

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for an experienced Senior Paralegal to join the Legal Team supporting the Bosch Home Comfort division. You will provide comprehensive contract, research, litigation, and administrative support in a fast‑paced, business‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review, edit and manage commercial agreements such as NDAs, distributor and purchasing contracts, and maintain contract templates.
• Identify and flag legal risks, ensuring deviations are escalated to attorneys.
• Maintain contract databases and ensure documentation is accurate and organized.
• Conduct legal and factual research on commercial, corporate, regulatory and litigation matters, summarizing findings in concise memos.
• Assist with active and pre‑litigation matters, coordinate document collection, manage e‑discovery tools, and support outside counsel.
• Organize case files, manage litigation calendars, handle subpoenas, discovery responses and witness preparation.
• Support legal department initiatives, policy updates, trainings, and knowledge‑management systems.
• Prepare drafts of correspondence, internal guidance, routine filings, and assist with corporate governance tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum seven years of paralegal experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to work closely with in‑house legal teams and external counsel.

Required skills

• Experience with e‑discovery tools.
