Senior OT Cybersecurity Risk Analyst

About the role

This position bridges people, technology, and operations to help teams understand and manage cyber risk in operational technology environments. You will work closely with business, infrastructure, and OT teams to translate technical findings into actionable insights that support reliable and secure operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to business units, translating OT vulnerabilities and exposures into business‑relevant impact.
• Support decision‑making by framing risk, trade‑offs, and remediation paths.
• Assist with security reviews for OT and hybrid IT/OT architectures.
• Partner with engineering and operations to understand real‑world system usage.
• Facilitate secure integration of new assets, vendors, or acquisitions.
• Prioritize remediation based on operational impact and track commitments.
• Identify recurring patterns or systemic issues.
• Contribute to risk assessments, exception reviews, and documentation.
• Gather and clarify security requirements for non‑security teams.
• Create clear risk narratives, visuals, and summaries for leadership.
• Standardize repeatable processes and templates.

Required profile

• Experience in OT, ICS, or industrial environments such as gas, energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure.
• Background in IT infrastructure, networking, or systems administration.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, or vulnerability management.
• Strong analytical ability and clear communication across technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑starter mindset with curiosity and willingness to ask “why”.
• Ability to produce concise reports, metrics, and analyses.
