About the role

This senior‑level position supports a private ultra‑high‑net‑worth entrepreneur as a trusted right‑hand partner. You will blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, influencing high‑impact decisions while protecting the principal’s time and focus.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner and execution partner for the principal.
• Prepare for, attend, and drive outcomes from high‑level meetings.
• Manage complex calendars and cross‑functional initiatives from concept to completion.
• Prioritize and protect the principal’s time, focus, and energy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Step in wherever needed to move priorities forward.

Required profile

• Proven experience working closely with senior leadership (Founder, Principal, CEO, or equivalent).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
• High flexibility regarding time, travel, and scope of work.
• Strong executive presence, interpersonal skills, and absolute discretion.
