Senior .NET Full Stack Technical Lead – Azure & React

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver end‑to‑end web applications and microservices. The role combines deep technical expertise with hands‑on leadership of a team of 10+ engineers, while working closely with client stakeholders and offshore partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack web applications using .NET, C#, MVC, WebAPI.NET Core and ReactJS.
• Design, implement, and support microservices and N‑tier architectures on Microsoft Azure.
• Build responsive front‑end interfaces with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Configure and manage Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Service Bus, and API Management.
• Maintain databases including MSSQL, Azure SQL and NoSQL solutions.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub and related tools.
• Perform unit and UI testing with MS Test, xUnit, Jest and Mocha.
• Apply OOP, SOLID principles and design patterns, conduct code reviews, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and solutioning support to a team of 10+ associates.
• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and offshore teams within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Required profile

• 9–12 years of experience developing web applications and microservices with Microsoft technologies.
• Proven technical leadership experience managing teams of 10+ members.
• Demonstrated client‑facing experience, including onsite assignments.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
