Senior Medical Copywriter

About the role

Real Chemistry’s 21GRAMS division is seeking a Senior Medical Copywriter to join its Medical Strategy team. You will create and edit scientific‑focused copy that supports pharmaceutical and biotech clients across multiple therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and edit medical writing deliverables based on deep product and disease knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal teams (account, project management, creative) and client stakeholders to meet strategic objectives.
• Work closely with the Associate Medical Director to manage scientific aspects of communication tactics, meetings, and programs.
• Participate in strategic planning and project meetings, providing scientific insight.
• Continuously self‑educate on industry innovations and translate insights into program concepts.
• Monitor and communicate medical‑regulatory milestones and identify new business opportunities.
• Partner with the Editorial team to resolve grammatical or stylistic issues.

Required profile

• Demonstrated understanding of multiple products, disease states, and competitive landscapes.
• Ability to synthesize complex scientific information into clear, compelling copy.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Experience working in a healthcare advertising or agency environment is preferred.
