Senior Marketing Manager – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

Sell Then Stay AZ is seeking a senior, full‑stack Marketing Manager to own and scale its entire marketing engine. This remote, full‑time position will drive growth for Arizona homeowners facing critical situations by managing paid media, organic content, attribution, reporting, and creative.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of existing Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, optimizing performance.
• Launch and manage a new YouTube Ads channel.
• Maintain conversion tracking hygiene across Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Ads tags, and UTM/CRM attribution.
• Develop an organic social calendar for short‑form video on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Write ad copy, landing pages, and CRO assets in an empathetic, direct brand voice.
• Design SMS and email nurture sequences for MQLs and long‑term engagement.
• Produce weekly performance reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Manage external vendors such as video editors, designers, photographers, and SEO contractors.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of hands‑on marketing experience with a focus on paid media ownership.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (search, display, bidding strategies).
• Proficiency with GA4 and conversion tracking implementation.
• Strong written English capable of crafting conversion‑focused copy.
• Experience leading freelancers or agencies and transitioning responsibilities in‑house.
