Senior Manager/Director – Cybersecurity Transformation & AI Security

About the role

Tevora is seeking a senior consulting leader to expand its Cybersecurity Transformation practice. The role will partner with CISOs and executive teams to design and drive multi‑year security transformation programs that leverage automation, AI, and modern operating models.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide cybersecurity transformation initiatives, including operating model redesign and SOC modernization.
• Develop target‑state security operating models and multi‑year roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Advise clients on AI‑enabled security automation, automated response, and AI governance.
• Build trusted relationships with C‑level stakeholders and shape complex consulting engagements.
• Mentor and lead consulting teams delivering transformation programs.
• Contribute to the growth of Tevora’s cybersecurity advisory capabilities.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or enterprise security leadership.
• Background at a top consulting firm (Big Four, Accenture, or similar).
• Proven track record of selling, designing, and delivering large‑scale cybersecurity transformation engagements.
