Senior Manager Total Rewards & Payroll

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the design, implementation, governance and continuous improvement of Total Rewards and Payroll programs across the United States. The role ensures compensation, benefits, equity and payroll practices are competitive, compliant and aligned with global frameworks while supporting business growth and talent strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and execution of Total Rewards programs, including base compensation, incentive plans, employee benefits, equity programs and payroll governance.
• Develop and maintain salary structures, manage annual salary review processes and oversee compensation cycles within Workday.
• Design, implement and govern U.S. employee benefit programs, monitor costs, compliance and vendor performance.
• Manage the U.S. payroll function, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant payroll operations across multiple states.
• Provide data‑driven analytics, dashboards and reporting to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
