About the role

The Senior Manager, Talent at B/SPOKE leads internal and external recruitment, hiring, training, and onboarding of instructors. This hybrid role (Massachusetts) combines strategic talent development with hands‑on program execution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and engage prospective instructors across formats and studios, building a consistent talent pipeline.
• Create and maintain training systems, cycles, resources, and documentation for instructor development.
• Define expectations, benchmarks, and evaluation processes to assess instructor readiness.
• Collect feedback, analyze training outcomes, and continuously improve recruitment and training processes.
• Collaborate with format trainers, instructors, and cross‑functional partners to align training programs with B/SPOKE standards.
