Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Operations

About the role

maxbone is seeking a Senior Manager to own the end‑to‑end supply chain for its food line. This full‑time, on‑site position in Miami blends data analysis with hands‑on coordination of production, inventory, and supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete supply chain for maxbone Food, from raw material sourcing to delivery.
• Manage the 3PL partner, enforcing service‑level agreements, in‑stock targets, accuracy, and cost performance.
• Oversee inventory across all nodes, partnering with the co‑packer to optimize raw material, WIP, and finished‑goods levels.
• Lead day‑to‑day coordination with the co‑packer for production planning, lead‑time management, quality assurance, and issue resolution.
• Maintain supplier relationships for key inputs, negotiate terms, and build contingency plans.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Marketing to forecast demand and align supply plans.
• Identify automation opportunities and design scalable processes to improve in‑stock workflows.
• Proactively communicate risks, priority changes, and strategy shifts to cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, high‑ownership mindset with a track record of solving operational problems.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret in‑stock and forecasting data.
• Experience managing 3PL relationships and coordinating with co‑packers or manufacturers.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to anticipate supply risks and implement preventive actions.
