Senior Manager – R&I Independence Technology Team

About the role

As a Senior Manager in PwC’s R&I Independence Technology Team, you will lead efforts to ensure regulatory compliance and manage enterprise risk for our clients. You will work within the Internal Firm Services practice, developing strategies that address emerging risks in a fast‑changing business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management initiatives to identify, assess and mitigate risks that could affect organizational operations and objectives.
• Develop and implement business strategies that address risk in rapidly evolving environments.
• Craft clear, impactful communications that convey a holistic view of risk to stakeholders.
• Guide and coach diverse teams through complex, ambiguous situations, fostering high performance and inclusion.
• Validate risk‑management outcomes with stakeholders and incorporate feedback to improve processes.
• Model and enforce professional standards, including the firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements.
• Apply business process improvement techniques to strengthen internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with business leaders to identify and address risk challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred academic background in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Finance, or Risk Management/Insurance.
