Senior Manager, Product - Literacy

About the role

Great Minds is seeking a Senior Manager, Product – Literacy to lead the strategic direction and health of its Literacy State Adoption portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Product, you will set vision, roadmap, and go‑to‑market strategy while guiding a team of Product Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the Literacy State Adoption portfolio.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies based on market insight, user research, and business analysis.
• Own product health metrics, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of coherence and impact.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with curriculum, professional learning, and technology teams to deliver integrated educator experiences.

Required profile

• Extensive experience building and leading product teams, preferably in education or literacy domains.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of translating market data into product decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop people and drive execution across complex portfolios.
• Passion for improving student outcomes and supporting educators.
