Senior Manager, Marketing Solutions Global Strategic Accounts

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Global Strategic Accounts within the Marketing Solutions division. Based in San Francisco, New York or Chicago, this hybrid role combines client‑facing leadership with cross‑functional collaboration to drive revenue growth for the company’s largest global advertisers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Global Client Executives and Senior/Lead Client Solutions Managers.
• Manage and expand relationships with LinkedIn’s biggest global advertising customers.
• Identify incremental revenue opportunities and drive client investment growth.
• Collaborate closely with regional account teams and cross‑functional partners to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
• Coach the team on performance standards, talent development, and data‑driven decision making.
• Partner with GTM Operations and Global Leadership on business planning, forecasting, and investment strategy.
• Design and execute operational initiatives that improve scalability and client outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading B2B sales or marketing teams serving global enterprise clients.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and growing strategic accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high‑performing talent.
• Data‑oriented mindset with experience in forecasting and business planning.
• Agile, problem‑solving approach and comfort working in a fast‑changing environment.
