About the role
New Engen is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics to lead analytics strategy across multiple client accounts. The role combines deep analytical expertise with client partnership to drive media performance and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the senior analytics partner for several clients, designing measurement frameworks aligned with media strategies and business goals.
- Develop test‑and‑learn approaches, optimization scenarios, and forward‑looking analyses to inform decision‑making.
- Build and maintain queries, models, and analyses using media, behavioral, and performance data, including media mix modeling and incrementality analysis.
- Lead the design and delivery of dashboards, forecasts, scenario plans, and performance reports using BI tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with media, analytics, and cross‑functional teams to improve workflows, tools, and processes.
- Mentor and support analysts through knowledge sharing and feedback.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a senior analytics partner or manager in a marketing or agency environment.
- Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients.
- Excellent communication skills for live client discussions and presentations.
- Critical thinking to select appropriate data sources, structures, and methodologies.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on data quality and reporting consistency.
