Senior Manager, External Reporting

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking a Senior Manager, External Reporting to join its corporate finance team in Chicago. Reporting to the Director of External Reporting & Consolidations, this leader will head a group of external reporting analysts and be responsible for the company’s regulatory filings and equity accounting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual filings required under Canadian Securities Regulations and the SEC.
• Manage earnings‑per‑share (EPS) calculations, including diluted share counts and weighted‑average shares.
• Own the month‑end close for stock‑based compensation (SBC) and other equity transactions.
• Lead full implementation of the company’s equity accounting system.
• Supervise and develop a team of external reporting analysts.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Experience leading external reporting functions and managing analyst teams.

Required skills
