Senior Manager, Culture Marketing Operations

About the role

adidas is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Culture Marketing Operations globally. The role provides operational leadership, project management and process optimisation to enable the Culture Marketing team to deliver high‑impact partnerships and activations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor operational projects, maintaining schedules, deliverables and stakeholder communications.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Organise and deliver team meetings, town halls, newsletters and other internal communications.
• Design and run monthly learning and onboarding programmes for team development.
• Manage operational communications to Culture Marketing teams and senior leadership.
• Act as liaison between internal and external partners to ensure alignment and transparent information flow.
• Administer core operational systems and tools (e.g., CAF, PAT, distribution lists) and drive continuous enhancements.
• Oversee invoice processing, budget tracking, marketing spend oversight and contract administration.
• Coordinate leadership visits, team summits, external meetings and major business activations.
• Supervise office space and storage facilities, working with Workplace, Health & Safety and Security teams to maintain compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level operations or project management within a marketing environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts and financial processes.
• Experience coordinating large‑scale events, leadership visits and team gatherings.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, global setting.
