Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence

About the role

Ripple is seeking a Senior Manager of Competitive Intelligence to keep leaders and employees up‑to‑date on industry trends and market developments. Reporting to the SVP of Strategic Initiatives, you will work across the organization to deliver timely analysis and actionable insights that shape strategy, product roadmaps, partnership priorities, and investments.

Key responsibilities

• Synthesize technology, regulatory, and business perspectives from diverse sources to produce high‑impact insights.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to uncover strategic opportunities and threats.
• Proactively monitor developments, flag high‑priority shifts, and provide context to leadership and internal teams.
• Prepare executive‑ready briefings and strategic reports for senior leadership, including the CEO.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, regulatory, and corporate development teams to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Manage competitive intelligence resources and build industry networks for on‑the‑ground intelligence.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in market intelligence or industry research, preferably in crypto, FinTech, or financial services.
• Demonstrated interest and familiarity with digital assets, blockchain technology, and institutional finance.
• Experience thriving in fast‑paced, ambitious startup environments.
