About the role

As a Senior Manager, Client Strategy within the Pursuit Studio, you will own high‑stakes commercial investments from white‑glove pre‑sales pitches through portfolio expansion, translating digital trends and AI opportunities into actionable strategies for Fortune 500 and mid‑market clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the commercial narrative by partnering with Sales and Industry Leaders to build differentiated proposals and present to C‑level audiences.
• Shape the pipeline early by crafting audience‑tailored messaging that resonates with digital transformation and contact‑center leaders.
• Facilitate strategic workshops that synthesize stakeholder input into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Map business and user pain points to best‑in‑class digital concepts and TELUS Digital service offerings.

Required profile

• 7+ years in digital product strategy, management consulting, or a high‑growth technology company with proven client‑facing commercial engagements.
• Deep CX expertise in contact‑center environments, understanding agents, customers, and operations leaders.
• Track record of scoping, refining, and pitching commercial opportunities from pre‑sale discovery through post‑sale expansion.
• Exceptional communicator and storyteller, comfortable presenting to C‑level audiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Slides or equivalent presentation tools.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise AI tools and a curiosity for emerging technologies.
