Senior Manager, Airport Customer Experience Administration

About the role

American Airlines is seeking a senior leader to oversee all administrative and accounting functions for its Dallas/Fort Worth airport operations. The role combines finance, payroll, budgeting, and employee administration to ensure smooth, cost‑effective service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Direct accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgets, operating plans, shift bids, and staffing levels.
• Analyze trends and variances against operating plans and produce strategic reports on manning, spending, and overtime.
• Manage people movement, reductions in force, recalls, leave of absence, and attendance control policies.
• Serve as liaison for airport security badge and employee parking functions.
• Lead administrative teams handling payroll, audits, cash deposits, hiring, and reductions in force.
• Oversee lost‑time administration, fraud investigations, and employee personnel files.
• Coordinate company‑sponsored events and employee recognition programs.
• Handle ad‑hoc projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of airline operations experience, including at least two years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in finance, business planning, budgeting, and auditing.
• Strong knowledge of airline industry practices and company policies.
