Senior Manager – Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites & Assets

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets initiatives within its Customer Transformation team. The role focuses on driving digital transformation for enterprise clients by designing scalable AEM architectures and optimizing content supply chains.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end AEM Sites and Assets projects for large‑scale enterprise clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor, defining and implementing scalable AEM architectures.
• Enhance content supply chains to improve digital experiences and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and integration.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a high‑performing, inclusive environment.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in digital transformation or Martech initiatives.
• Strong advisory and client‑facing skills with the ability to influence strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and navigate ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team‑building capabilities.
