Senior Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead and coordinate the service team at 3Sixty Flats. In this hands‑on leadership position you will ensure efficient upkeep, inventory management, and repairs of the property’s grounds and buildings while delivering high‑quality customer service to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coordinating daily activities of the maintenance team.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural issues, and appliances.
• Schedule and directly supervise in‑house staff and vendor work.
• Share on‑call duties with team members and respond to emergency requests.
• Maintain quality control, follow policies and procedures, and support high occupancy through professional maintenance practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of trade‑related experience with at least 2 years of hands‑on apartment maintenance supervisory experience.
• Strong working knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance.
• EPA/CFC refrigerant certification (Type I and II or Universal) and hands‑on HVAC repair experience.
• Proficient with business software for work orders, scheduling, supply ordering, and email communication.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and personal tools.
• Willingness to share on‑call responsibilities and pass DMV and background checks.

What we offer

• Hourly pay $26‑$29 based on experience.
• $150 per week on‑call bonus (plus $150 holiday bonus).
• Quarterly performance bonus up to $1,110.
• $1,500 sign‑on bonus.
