Senior Maintenance Supervisor for Sage and Lantana

About the role

The Senior Maintenance Supervisor will lead all technical and mechanical operations for the Sage and Lantana properties in Lutz, Florida. This role ensures that interiors, exteriors, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality while staying within budgetary targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all technical and mechanical work across one or multiple large properties.
• Oversee completion of work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Ensure routine upkeep, preventive maintenance, and repairs comply with company policies, safety standards, building codes, and budget constraints.
• Supervise the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Maintain a rotating on‑call schedule and respond to emergency maintenance issues.
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets, tracking expenses against financial goals.
• Collaborate with property management to prioritize projects and improve overall property performance.

Required profile

• Significant experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in a multi‑unit residential environment.
• Proven leadership ability to manage maintenance teams and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and code compliance.
• Experience budgeting and controlling maintenance costs.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors, and management.
