Senior Logistics Manager – Warehouse & Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse and logistics operations supporting New Seasons Market stores. The role combines strategic oversight, cost‑saving initiatives, and hands‑on problem solving to ensure efficient delivery and service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide insights, solutions and program direction for internal logistics programs.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams to leverage warehouse solutions for cost savings and efficiency.
• Improve delivery performance and service levels to receiving customers.
• Lead and develop logistics teams in line with company values and culture.
• Travel regularly to store locations, trade shows, events and other off‑site sites across the United States.
• Promote sustainable business practices and act as a steward of company resources.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and build community within and outside the organization.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support 7‑day operations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for regular travel.
• Strong problem‑solving, strategic thinking and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication, feedback and coaching abilities.
