Senior LIMS Consultant

About the role

Veeva is modernizing software for the life‑sciences industry with a cloud solution that optimizes laboratory efficiency. As a Senior LIMS Consultant you will partner with customers to implement Veeva Vault LIMS, the newest product in Veeva’s Quality suite.

Key responsibilities

• Support the software implementation of Veeva Quality solutions by assessing and reviewing new features.
• Manage customer projects, ensuring scope is met and escalations are handled to drive customer success.
• Conduct workshops and own design, prototype, configuration, and solution delivery to help customers adopt new features.
• Lead solutioning with configuration and manage the configuration of all solutions.
• Ensure customer success throughout implementation and beyond.
• Mentor and develop team members in domain expertise, customer management, and best practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience implementing LIMS systems.
• Technical aptitude to translate business requirements into solutions.
• Proven expertise in customer leadership and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, critical‑thinking, and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for key customer engagements.
