Senior Leasing Professional – Roving North Region

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Leasing Professional to manage leasing activities across its North Region properties. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing plans.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs and employer outreach.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, prospect data, and leasing metrics.
• Maintain show‑unit standards and ensure compliance with company policies on concessions and specials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management platforms such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
• Knowledge of credit screening and background check processes.
