Senior Key Account Manager (Travel)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead our travel partner portfolio within TikTok’s Local Services division. You will drive growth, deepen relationships, and shape product offerings for top travel partners on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key travel partners, overseeing performance and negotiating contracts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and launch new product initiatives and feature enhancements.
• Ensure partner content meets quality standards and aligns with business goals, working closely with content teams.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize partner performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders (product, engineering, data, operations) and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing travel industry partnerships or accounts.
• Deep understanding of travel industry trends and dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with travel‑industry software and tools.
