Senior IT Infrastructure Architect

About the role

The Senior IT Infrastructure Architect will lead the design, implementation, and modernization of our hybrid cloud environment for a major financial services client. This onsite position in New Jersey requires deep expertise in Azure, infrastructure‑as‑code, and enterprise‑grade security and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall IT infrastructure architecture strategy across on‑premises and Azure cloud.
• Design, build, and maintain IaC pipelines using Terraform, ARM templates, and Bicep.
• Lead migration, containerization, and orchestration initiatives with Docker and AKS.
• Implement automation, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability solutions.
• Ensure disaster recovery, business continuity, and security compliance across all platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with business goals.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud architecture.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary technical projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
