Senior IAM Architect – Hybrid (Boston)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to lead the technical strategy, design, and delivery of complex IAM platforms across a multi‑domain enterprise environment. This hybrid role based in Boston combines hands‑on architecture work with stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical strategy for IAM solutions.
• Design, integrate, and deliver IAM platforms across multiple domains.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment with security policies.
• Produce technical documentation, diagrams, and presentations for architecture decisions.
• Participate in Agile development cycles using JIRA.

Required profile

• 9+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or related enterprise technology.
• Deep expertise in IAM system architecture and enterprise integrations.
• Strong background with authentication and authorization technologies such as LDAP and Active Directory.
• Hands‑on experience with NetIQ or OpenText Identity Manager; CyberArk and OpenText IGA are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
